I am a public health educator, wellness advocate, and mother who believes in the power of intentional living. With a background in medicine, public health, and community health education, I have dedicated my life to helping people understand health in a way that feels gentle, grounded, and doable.
I created Wellness by Design as a space where healing meets wisdom – where you can learn to care for your body, mind, and environment with intention.
